Departments

Key Stage 3

All pupils study the following subjects:

Art, Biology, Chemistry, Drama, English, French, Geography, History, Home Economics, ICT, Mathematics, Music, Personal, Social, Health Education and Citizenship, Physical Education, Physics and Religious Studies.

Spanish is introduced in Year 8

Key Stage 4

All pupils study the core subjects:

• English
• English Literature
• Mathematics
• Sciences
• French or Spanish
• Religious Studies
• Personal, Social, Health Education and Citizenship
• Physical Education

In addition to these core subjects, pupils can choose three or four options from a possible twelve.

Business Studies and Child Development are introduced as new subjects at this stage.
