For all children learning begins at birth. Our team of dedicated practioners works together with you to highlight your child's strengths and areas in which he/she needs more support to develop new skills.
We provide a secure and stimulating environment in which your child can feel safe; this is aided by having a 'Key Person' within the setting who gets to know you and your child well and builds a positive relationship with you both.
Young children learn best through play and our Early Years Practioners provide appropriate play and learning experiences for individual stages of development and help each child develop new skills. The activities that are provided underpin the skills the children need to work towards in the Early Learning Goals at the end of their Reception year at school:
All areas are of equal importance and many activities will cover many of the areas. Each area is divided up into stages of development and practioners are able to identify resources and learning opportunities for individual children, dependent upon their developmental needs. We work together with you to provide a cohesive care package for you and your child.
