Senior School
Small class sizes continue into the Senior School, enabling us to devote attention to the individual's academic needs and welfare, with Personal Mentors seeing pupils regularly during the day to deal with all routine matters.
Through our strong pastoral and mentoring system the progress of pupils is closely monitored and targets are regularly set and reviewed. In addition this fosters a family atmosphere where pupils of different ages support one another in their achievements.
The curriculum is based on Key Stages 3 and 4 of the National Curriculum but separate Sciences are taught throughout and extra modern foreign languages are introduced in Year 8.
Teaching takes place in Forms with all lessons being taught in subject based rooms by specialist teachers.
